Why is there so much variation among humans but very little in sugarcane fields? That is exactly what we are going to understand today. Let us begin with a simple idea. Reproduction creates new individuals. But these new individuals are not exact photocopies. They are similar to their parents, but they have small differences. These differences are called variations.
