Not happy with your subscription? Email us within 7 days of payment and we'll refund in full — no questions asked.
Eligible Refunds
Premium monthly subscriptions (₹149/month) are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the original payment date.
How to Claim
Email support@harshaliacademy.in within 7 days of your payment. Include your name, email address, payment amount, and date of payment. You may optionally include your reason.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
Chapter PDFs
Individual chapter PDF purchases (₹9/chapter) are non-refundable once downloaded, as they are digital goods delivered immediately.
